I think this whole discussion pinpoints the frustration for those of us who have rosacea. There is no one treatment or skin care that works for everyone with rosacea. Unfortunately, it comes down to trial and error for most of us. In my case, a lot of error before I find something that works. And even more frustrating, something that works beautifully for me for years can all of a sudden start irritating my skin.

I found PC products to be highly irritating. I have found 2 companies that provide great skin care for sensitive & rosacea skin. The sensitive skin formula form SKINN (in the green & white bottles) and I'm have great success with ASDM Beverly Hills products. I can't spell the name of the cream, but it's listed on their front page with a description of the product. Starts with a T.

I use PC and have had good luck with it but I noticed an even bigger improvement when I combined it with Bare Minerals Ready foundation. If I use just PC and no BE Ready my rosacea is ok but I will see some redness or bumps. If I use just BE and no PC moisturizer then my face is too dry and flaky, but combine the two and I get perfect results. It's like the PC is giving my skin the right moisture it needs and the BE covers and keeps my skin from getting too oily in the T zone. Go figure..
I have mild rosacea and my skin can get slightly oily in the T zone in the summer and can be a little dry in the winter. I use PC skin recovery cleanser & moisturizer with SPF during the day and then top it with the BE foundation. At night I use the PC cleanser, toner & night moisturizer. I have to go easy on the toner , I use very little and I also only use the BHA 1% lotion a couple times a week at most.
The PC products have also really helped with fine lines and wrinkles though I don't have many yet as I am only in my mid 40s but I do see a difference.
It took me awhile to find the right combination of skincare and makeup that worked with my skin. Philosophy's Purity was causing flare ups and I tried several other cleansers including ZenMed which seems to work for many and some drug store brands before finally settling on PC. Also after starting to use PCs products it took me awhile to find the right makeup that didn't make things worse too. I tried IT, Bobbi Brown, Physicans Formula and even PC foundation but BE Ready works the best. Like many have said, with rosacea there can be A LOT of trial and error until you find what works for you.
