Re: GOOD tweezer recommendations please

My faves for decades - reasonably priced, reliable, and effective:

*Revlon Expert Tweezers Slant Tip

*Revlon The Designer Designer Collection Slanted Tweezers (red & black)

@kittyloo  I buy my tweezers on Amazon.  Type in the search section "Tweezers made in Germany."  I recently (a month ago) bought a pair of slanted.  They are sharp and excellent.

The only ones I use are Tweezerman slant tip..bought mine at Walgreens....pricier than Revlon and other drugstore brands but worth it. I bought mine in lime green so I can easily find them in my makeup case or drawer. Tweezerman comes in all kinds of colors and patterns; this is the best pair by far that I have ever had. I use them every day.

Re: GOOD tweezer recommendations please

I just received these La Tweeze tweezers from QVC.  They have a little light on them- very good so far.

@kittyloo

Loved Anastaia's still use a few pair I own.

But my fave and go-to now is the La Tweeze (bought on Q it's a 2 pack must have the diamond dust inside near the tip for the grip) some do not have the diamond dust inside the tips if you buy on eBay!

The light bothers my eyes but I can move it away enough and it just grips best. But I now really just use these.

I wonder how that $$$ one on HSN works? saw a woman seeling them late one night.

All my life... before I knew about slanted tweezers was the kind that look like scissors and they were well made and good called Twizzer! Still have mine from my teen years :-O and use them.. Even have the mini Twizzer. They worked great and I had so much brow then to pluck! Not now thanks to them lol.

Harperton Pluckit Tweezer Set - 1 pointy & 1 slanted. A couple of years ago I was looking on Amazon to replace my Mr. Tweezer and saw the reviews for these. Best tweezers I've ever had and I've had a lot over the years. Love them.

@shaggygirl

They are no longer available on Amazon. They have a site with a few products. They don't take Paypal. Not giving them my cc info since they don't have much Company info listed on their site. Like an address where they are located? I don't do business if they cannot list their info.

Oh too bad about Amazon not having them anymore. I took a look at their website and you're so right about them not giving much business info. I understand your trepidation. I have never forgotten that after I'd had mine for about a week after I received my order I got an e-mail from someone at Harperton asking if I was pleased with my purchase as they wanted to be sure their customers were satisfied and pleased with their product. I responded with my positive comments and then got back a thank you for my nice words. Yeeesh, never had that happen before!

Re: GOOD tweezer recommendations please

imho the best tweezers are Regine Slant tip sold on HSN and just happens to be a show stopper today. Even better deal if you have a 20% off coupon.
