Funky stuff floating in my TT oil.

Just got my Tea Tree set and noticed a big glob of what, I don't know, floating inside the TT oil bottle. I shook it a few times and it seems to have dissapated but I still see particles floating in it. Can someone check theres and let me know if it's clear, or if this funky stuff is supposed to be there? Thanks!
