Frustrating website cost QVC a sale and probably a customer

A sleep over friend asked where she could buy those super soft microfleece Malden Mills sheets she just loved. After being stymied by the problems on this website she gave up and went out and bought something else locally. This gal had shopped QVC 15 years ago and just got out of the habit. Had she had a positive experience I bet she would be back. QVC's fixing the mess on this site should be Job One. All the great products in the world won't help your bottom line if people can't get them out of the warehouse.
