Frizz and Topstyler

I am having trouble with frizz and topsyler.

I have had mine for about a week and I have not

had one good day with my hair. I have so much

better hair with my hot rollers. I really wanted to

like this topstyler but I am not having much luck.

My DVD would not work either to get me help.

Any suggestions on trying to get the nice curls

they showed on TV?
