Thanks for letting us know. I'm still waiting but hopeful.

Honestly, I don't know of another vendor who gifting when they couldn't deliver something. So kudos to PTR.

And after posting earlier, my Water Drench arrived today. Again, I say kudos to PTR. I have never had another company send a "gift" because they couldn't fulfill a order.

@Firecat1984 - I just finally received my PTR moisturizer yesterday.  I wasn't expecting any packages, so was surprised to see a FedEx truck pulling into my drive.  For a moment, I thought "Have I lost my mind?  Have I been ordering in my sleep?"  

Given that it's taken so long for it to arrive (they said "two weeks" back in November), I'm thinking they must've had a huge number of customers who had ordered that A/D and are working through the list.

@DREAMON - I wanted to order something from that show, but it was on at 2:00 a.m. here.  I didn't see it until I watched my recording in the morning and even though items from the show were still available, the free gift was no longer included.

So it was a no sale for me.  I would've loved to try that product, but maybe they'll offer it in a set sometime in the future.

(I did send feedback to QVC about the timing of the show in some areas - we're not all watching in the wee small hours - but all I got back was "Oh, sorry" and that they'd pass it along to the PTB.  I made the point that, if items were still available at the same price, they should still include the GWP.)

I didn't even see the show and ordered the cleanser the next day. The free gift wasn't in the picture when I ordered but it was added to me order when I looked up the order status. I had no idea I was even getting a free gift.

I was surprised and pleased. They are both great products and seem to be working for me.

@DREAMON - I'm glad you got it.  When I watched the recorded show, the host said that the free gift was "during this show only" so, when it didn't show online, I figured it wouldn't be included.

And the response from QVC led me to believe the same.
