Founder of Benefit Cosmetics has Died

Although it has been nearly seven years since Jean Ann Ford and her sister, Jane, left the helm of the company they founded in 1976, the twins' names and faces are forever associated with the beloved Benefit Cosmetics. And today, the brand announced that the seemingly always-smiling Jean has passed away at age 71 after a battle with cancer.

She is beautiful and too young....life is short for some of us.  A reminder to live each day as if it is your last.

Saddens me another life taken from this hideous disease (cancer) one of my inspirations (Cindy Joseph) another life gone. Both leaving a legacy. That what matters most is living with purpose, making the world a better place.

Was Jean the mom of one of the girls we see on air, so sad.
