I am looking for a liquid foundation. Perfarably a drug store brand. I have using a powder foundation and I am finding it dulls my face. I used liquid foundation years ago and I think it's time for me to go back to it. I want something that goes on light. Thanks.

Many of us here use L'Oreal tru match - great product.

Yes, TruMatch is the best!  I've given up my $60 Chanel foundation for this.

Some also recommend L'Oreal True Match Lumi too. That comes in a pump dispenser. The True Match comes in a glass bottle (no pump).

I have that also and I can't explain why, but I don't like it as much. Both are good, I just prefer the True Match (regular one), it must be the texture or finish or something.

I agree, the Lumi feels different to me too. The True Match has a matte finish to me.

The Lumi version of the L'Oreal True Match is the one I have and like very much. I think it rivals the department store brands; in fact, some bloggers have compared it to the Armani Silk foundation. It is NOT sparkly or really particularly dewy. It's a nice natural satin finish, with just a little luminosity.

I did take a look at the regular True Match, but honestly, I'm not going back to a non-pump dispenser, no matter what. The only advantage with this one is that there are more shades. But I was lucky that Lumi in the neutral 1-2 is very good match for me. I hope that they will be coming out with more choices.

I have not tried the new Lumi cushion foundation. The delivery system just doesn't appeal to me.

Another vote for Loreal tru match lumi. I find myself reaching for this even over my tarte, etc. Goes on super easy with just fingers. Quick and a nice look.

I've found a new liquid foundation that is just about perfect - Bourjois City Radiance. It's a drugstore brand made in France (Bourjois owns Chanel beauty). It is available online from several UK sites: Lifeandlooks, Asos, lookfantastic. It's about $14.00. It has medium coverage, SP 30, gives somewhere between a dewey and slightly radiant finish and lasts all day. It makes my skin look perfect.

Big thumbs up for Loreal True Match Lumi! I like the regular True Match, too. I recently bought the new Lumi Cushion foundation, too. I like it, but it seems slightly more sheer to me than the regular bottle Lumi.
