Foundation suggestions for 70 yr old

My mom is going to be 70 on Monday. I went out with her today and her foundation filled in her lines and it looked terrible! She has great skin and looks good for her age but she needs a foundation that gives her a smooth, dewy, finish. Her skin is on the dry side.
