I use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector. It's marketed as a concealer and brightener in one product, but I think it performs more like a concealer. I apply it under my eyes and over my tinted moisturizer. I don't use regular foundation anymore.

@spent2much   If you have problems with darkness under the eyes then a concealer or corrector will help, otherwise you don't need one.  It's good to hear you found a foundation that works for you.
