Foundation - No minerals, no silicone, any ideas?

It may be heredity or one of the above, but I just can't get rid of this milia. I get rid of one and two more pop up. I'm killing my skin with Tazarac and Spot Remover, ugh!!!

Taking a "facebreak" for a few days, but since I'm giving up minerals too, I have nothing in my arsenal!

Any input would be much appreciated! musicgrl

ETA - a tinted moisturizer would be just as well.
