This is my first time with this CA company. I have spent about 1000 dollars with them. I did return 2 jacket blazers in the middle of NOV. I kept calling about my refund Customer service would say they are behind in scanning merchandise in. I sent it using their return label. My post office said it reached CA. Forever21 said they never received my return so no refund!!!!! They will not transfer me to a supervisor and internet sales girl is rude. It is $80.00 I am out but they lost a great new customer. Anybody else no about this sub-par company. Thanks
