Re: Foreo Luna clone for $20

The one I purchased says Foreo Luna in the description and also several of the pictures show a Foreo Luna box and the bottom of the item also showing the Foreo Luna information.

The one I received has a sticker on the bottom with a brand-name Monlove (the e is upside down). The instructions I received mention Foreo Luna with the trademark symbol but have multiple spelling and typing errors.

Real ones have a plus and minus sign on either side of the on off switch. Mine does not.

Some of the ones listed have an obviously different shape also.

So, it sounds like you received a fake Foreo Luna. But the Ad description and picture was of the real Foreo Luna. Good thing it's only $15. Hopefully, the results will be the same as the real. Thanks for sharing. Which seller did you use?

If it works the same -- and for $15 -- I wouldn't care if it is an imitation. Smiley Happy Let us know how it works.

Re: Foreo Luna clone for $20

Do not buy from ""dealcity""!!!!

She told me twice that my item had been shipped when it had not. The item was shipped just hours after I filed a dispute.

The pictures on her site shows a full-size Luna. The one I received is a mini. Hidden in the description towards the bottom it does say mini.

Customer service is great!

Wow the price is really cheap. I'm interested to hear what you ladies who already have a Foreo Luna think if you get one.

How is customer service great? Do you mean, DH Gate intervening and resolving your shipping issues? Because the listed item you bought was not the item you received(mini). And picture depicted was of a authentic Foreo Luna, item received sounds like a fake. False Advertising. Did they refund your money? I know it's only $15 and with such great prices, the probability of counterfeit is hardly surprising. But if it works. Have you tried it?

If possible, can you post a picture, so we can all see.

Re: Foreo Luna clone for $20

I saw a listing from Dealcity. In the description it clearly states Mini. But I can see the confusion, as most of the pictures are of the full size but there are a few if the Mini version. I don't know if this is the listing you bought. Maybe it is possible that the product is authentic Mini but you thought you were buying the full size and hence thought fake of your received item.

If possible, can you post a picture I don't know how to post a picture. What I meant about customer service is they are comparable to Amazon and eBay. I didn't have very high expectations for this website. I assumed that the item I purchased would not be an official Foreo Luna. It is possible that it was made in a similar facility.

The DermStore product is "high frequency vibrations." I think someone once gave the number of jiggles per second that crosses from "vibrating" to "sonic".

Foreo is "T-Sonic" -- does anybody know what that means? I've looked, can't find out. I emailed and asked but no response.

AND, do we really NEED sonic? Does Highly Vibrating do the same job?

Just curious. BTW, I have the Luna (the real one) and I didn't experience the HOLY COW reaction those women did. I'd been using a Clarisonic for years, though, so maybe that's why.

Maren, do you prefer one over the other (Clarisonic vs. Foreo)?
