If you go to the Floxite website, you can order just the 15X mirror part and still use your original base.

I have the small 15X  mirror with the suction cups on the back. I use it mostly to see bats in the cave and pluck my brows. I really don't like to look at the rest of my face with it. I like this small size because I can stick it right on a window or mirror wherever it's convenient and bright.

I have one of these floxite mirrors  I am still using  I bought  15-20  years ago that  is large( 8 inches across),  and sticks to my mirror in my bathroom... it is a 10X.  They no longer make this mirror with the stick on feature in the large size.  I wonder why they stopped producing this?  None of the mirrors that they now sell are either big enough  or the power is low....... or they take up counter space  sitting on the counter which I do not have f.

@SeaMaiden  OMG ..  you just made me smile.  I had that mirror too....  probably for about 12 years!  It was FABULOUS.  When it fell off the mirror I had it suctioned to, it would just make a loud bang but NEVER  break.  That was one of the selling points.   After 12 years and quite a number of falls the last 3 years,  plus gluing the whole mirror back in the base several times,  it was time to retire it.   That was a GREAT MIRROR.

I now have several small mirrors with 10x, 15x and I think I have a 20x.

When we redid our bathroom I had one installed on the wall that is a 7x with lights, and good for putting on my make up (for now!).

Re: Floxite Mirror 8x1. NOT ENOUGH POWER

I have a 10x one that I find very useful. I've had it about 15 years and the light is broken but my vanity sits in front of a south facing window so unless it is dark outside I have all the light I need from the gorgeous Florida sun - which shines brightly for at least some part of every day except in tropical storms.

@SilleeMee I have had a 10x for soo many years. I have not been able to find a small 15x. Have you had yours for awhile or is it somewhat new? If it is new, would you please tell me where you purchased it?  I live in NYC and can't find the 15x in a small base. Thanks.
