First manicure a disaster, help

I finally did it. I prepped my nails, allowed to dry and applied thin coats of:

Orly Bonder

Sephora by OPI (Metro too Chic) 2 coats

Revlon Gel coat Top coat (tried to take over nail tips when long enough)

Not only are they chipping, the entire polish is coming off in one piece! 5 nails since Sunday.

What am I doing wrong? For the first 36 hours they looked great!
