I had the same type of bad experience at Ulta years and years ago. Snooty sales people who would not give me the time of day. Ulta was closer than Sephora. I've had pleasant and helpful sales associates at Sephora so I made that my beauty store of choice. Then a couple of years ago I went into Ulta and it was a totally different vibe. Last week's experience in Ulta was just as nice.
