Fillable Perfume Applicator Pens?

Hi,

Item A212747. Set of 4.

Supposed to be New item at Q. Thought they would be good stocking stuffers.

Has anyone seen or used a pen applicator to use for "fragrance to-go"?

Demo said it can be used with spray bottles. Spray fragrance in a small cup and dip applicator.
