I am sick of spending big bucks for facial moisturizers. I've tried Clinique, Kiehls, Origins and Dermologica. I am looking for something cheaper that works. It seems no matter the brand there are issues such as smells bad, greasy, i just want something that works for my 60 year old skin that doesn't cost $60.00 a jar. I don't have a problem with spending that much but I was just wondering if there was something else.

Not sure if you're looking for an AM or PM moisturizer ( with or without sunscreen). I have dry skin and have been using Paula's Choice and can recommend the moisture boost daily restoring complex with SPF 30 if you're looking for something with sunscreen. I plan on ordering her moisture boost equivalent of the moisturizer w/o sunscreen when I run out of what I'm using now. One nice thing on her line is that you can order samples to see if the product suits your needs. She also has an excellent customer service department for answering any questions you might have about combining products. Good luck with your search.

I don't know what kind of complexion you have, or if you're looking for any other benefits besides moisturization.  I am close to your age and have normal skin.  In the AM, I use Mizon Intensive Firming Solution Collagen Power Lifting Emulsion.  In the PM, I use Skinn Deep Wrinkle Protocol Creme Reverse.  Technically the Creme Reverse is a treatement product that goes on prior to an actual night cream, but it provides plenty of moisturization on its own.  I don't find either product to be greasy and they both absorb nicely.

I've been using Cetaphil for many years and I'm 75 yrs old - it's rated one of the best by Consumers. Go to Costco.com - on the first page, they show Cetaphil (pump, which I prefer) - Two 20 oz. sizes plus one 4 oz. size -- for $14.99 ($4.50 off their regular price) - and free delivery. Can't beat that!!!! I just ordered it - as I'm low on the one I'm using. Aveeno moisturizer is also highly recommended.

There a line of products that you can find in supermarkets with a good health and beauty section, and Ulta may still carry this line: Derma E. (search for it that way).

I really like their Anti-Wrinkle Vitamin A Creme and the Vitamin A Glycolic Cleanser. Yes, I do use some other products but I always have these in my rotation.  Each of the above products run about $15. They are made in the USA.

The creme is in no way greasy and does not have much of a scent at all. The cleanser takes off makeup easily and doesn't leave my skin dry.

In looking at their website I now see that they actually produce a lot more products and even kits!

Any of the following oils: almond, argan, coconut, jojoba, marula, rosehips.....there are more

You have to experiment to see which suits you.  I have my favorites. Relatively inexpensive at most health food stores (even WF) and online. It takes just one or two drops.  Look for organic.

Some sink in right away;  some take a few minutes. Some go on dry skiin; some on damp skin.

I've been using Elta MD for a few years and it does the trick. I'm 73 and have "normal" skin which used to be oily when I was younger. I love EltaMD night therapy and also their eye gel. I use their cleansers because I have ultra sensitive skin. The prices, IMO, are great (not pricey but a bit more than your "drugstore" brands).  Check out their website; I buy mine on <lovelyskin.com>.

For lesser cost I have enjoyed Olay products and CeraVe.

Though I don't purchase cosmetic products often from Whole Foods, I am fascinated at their selection!

I love Cliniques Moisture Surge.  Don't care for their Dramatically Different Moisturizer though.

I am 64 with dry skin and really like the Cerave products. I use the moisturizer with sunscreen in the morning, and the tub moisturizer at night.
