Favorite/best mascara??

I know this has been posted before,but.... I am in need of some recommendations for mascara. I just finished Tarte lights camera,it seemed to dry out really fast. BE seems to smear eeally bad. Any suggestions??? Include your fav "drug store brand" or whatever you like best....... just HELP!!!!
