Hair Off Facial Buffer. About $5...get mine at drugstore.com. Works great and also exfoliates. Gives you silky smooth skin.

I'm a plucker, but hate it. I have light hairs on my upper lip and some dark single hairs on my chin. The cancer drug I had wrecked my adrenal system and now I have this problem. The worst part is that the pores are so small I end up with ingrown hairs. I'm so embarrassed about this.

I completely understand- the embarrassment was awful. I went for electrolysis and am so happy. I don't know whyI waited so long. Electrolysis is permanent and will work on the light hair, too. I would have a 15 minute appointment every three weeks for a few months, and then I would go in for a touch up for new ones every once and a while. You can get or use a numbing cream but it was worth very zap and dollar! Best wishes for your good health.

Re: Favorite Method For Removing Facial Hair

I got the Emjoi Erase last Dec.....one of the best purchases ever. Pinches but you get used to it. Almost a year later and I think I have to just do a fast pass every couple of days. Probably don't even need to do it that often, but is now just a habit. Works equally as well on legs too. Never any cuts, burns or ingrown hairs. Something I will never be without!

Suebdoo, I have never tried this but if I may be trying it soon. Many good reviews on this product. If I really needed it I would have my facial hair waxed at a salon or buy a product that I could use at home.

Epilating!

I've been using an epilator for over a year & love it. I use the Emjoi eRase.

For Me the Emjoi hurts less than waxing and lasts longer. Plus it seems to grow in finer and slower. 1st month or so it was OUCH. Now I know what to expect and it isn't bad plus its quick. Also no products need to be bought.....well maybe wine or a bottle of whiskey LOL. I think there is a numbing spray but I don't think it is horrible now. And skin is soft and smooth after.
