Does anyone know if the Borghese Fango Mudd product goes bad? I have googled and I called CS with no response. Thanks

According to my mask, it EXP 24 mos. after opening. Since you can't reach Borghese, why not call a SA at a Borghese counter in one of their retail locations, such as Bloomngdale's or Lord and Taylor in NY?

Hey lyn.... spoke with CS at Bloomingdales..they said they did not sell Borghese but did tell me to be careful as mud masks may contain retinol and should be tossed if you aren't sure about the product. Spoke with CS at Skinstore they do carry Borghese but had no clue about the shelf life only stating that it should be marked "M18, M24" as in 18 months 24 months etc. No response from Borghese. All in all I tossed the products as I have had them at least 2 years and not taking a chance. Thanks for your help.

I use their Fango Masks and Eye Compresses. The symbol (open jar) on my masks shows 24mo and the symbol on my Eye Compresses states 12mo.

Thanks lyn. After reading this I found the symbol and it read 24 mo.. I wonder why they told me 12? Either way I tossed as it has been well over 3 years. (I didn't even see in your first post where you stated 24 mo.!!!) now my eyes are going? sheesh
