Help! I have been using Wen for about 3 months now. I have been using Fig because I thought that was supposed to be the best for my hair type (color treated and naturally curly and frizzy that I have to straighten). While I have been happy with the product I have been a little disappointed with the frizz factor still being there· Well I either had an aha moment or found the right formula with the Fall Apple Spice· Unfortunately I'm not crazy about the smell. Are the fall formulas created differently to go along with the change in season? If not do Wen veterans reccommend stocking up when you find one that works?

Fall apple spice is the most moisturizing formula so far for my hair. Not all fall formulas are that moisturizing. I have tried all formulas since summer of 2013. I would recommend stocking up, if you can get past the scent Smiley Happy

I too am naturally curly and while I love the WEN CCs, using them alone does not give my curls their best character. I use a moisturizing CC, a pump of leave-in, WEN styling cream and then a smoothing, moisturizing cream by TIGI called 'After Party'. This formula tames my frizz. If there are any stray hairs going a bit wild I use a couple of drops of WEN oil.

Hi - I've been using Wen for almost 3 years now. My hair is also color treated and curly/wavy. It's not really dry, more normal, except for the color treating. That's why I started with Wen. It keeps my color in! I have it colored every two months, so my hair doesn't grow that quickly.

I used Fig last night as my first cleanse, and the new Tuscan Pear as my second. I usually use Pomegranate and Sweet Almond Mint as my first cleanses, but I had some Fig and decided to use it.

My personal opinion is the seasonal scents are not created to go along with each season. I find them to be somewhere in between the "regular" formulas and the 613. And yes, if you find a favorite, I recommend stocking up!

I am a "seasonal girl" and I like the way most of them smell. One of my favorites is definitely Ginger Pumpkin, which was the first fall seasonal! I love it!

It's rare for me to find a formula whose scent I don't like, but if I do, I just use that as my first cleanse and use something I like as my second.

In your case - you like the formula of Fall Apple Spice, but not the scent. Maybe you could try it as your first cleanse followed by Fig?

Good luck - and welcome to the QVC forums! Smile

Thank You for the suggestions. The pumpkin is on my shelf to try as well. I will try using it as the first cleanse or use something else as the leave in. Trying to give up the flat iron as well. I mostly use to get the bed head out in the morning but I know it is still damaging.

Chaz always says no one is born with the frizz, it is caused by what we are doing to our hair. You may want to try the glossing serum ! I would never want to be without it. My hair tends to frizz after blowdrying or sometimes from humidity, two pumps of the glossing serum on either wet or dry hair has stopped it. I also sometimes use 1 pea size if the finishing cream on bad weather days.
