Hilary, have you smelled any of the tuscan inspired BBW products? If so, can you give an idea what it smells like?

I didn't realize that BBW had this item. I will have to check it out.

I have a Tuscan melon hand soap. It smells fruity, but at the same time kind of earthy. I wouldn't say it really smells peppery, though. It's kind of maybe a spice scent, but not pepper or cinnamon. It's smells more like herbs. It's really hard to describe the scent. It mostly smells like melon, but you can smell something else in there. This probably isn't much help.

perhaps ginger or clove? Ginger smells kind of earthy.

I was thinking more like fresh herbs. I'm not really sure what ginger smells like. It don't smell any clove in it.

I think it will be great! I was hoping he would do a pear formula. He asked for suggestions several months ago on one of the FB pages and I suggested pear along with a lot of other people. I'm a little apprehensive about the Tuscan part though. Excited to try it!

I would love to see a pink grapefruit scent/formula next spring/summer. It is one of my favorite fragrances and it would be a great Wen scent.

That would be a good one. I'd like a citrus formula that's not floral.

According to B&BW their Tuscany line is "An aromatic blend of basil, parsley and garden greens plucked fresh from the sundrenched soil of Tuscany".

Tuscany in general is known for lighter dishes when it comes to food. They widely use olive oil instead of sauces and lighter herbs like sage, rosemary and basil to season. Also don't forget lots of grapes for wine-making. WinkPersonally I can't see this scent being super sweet flavored, more balanced and herbal with some pear in it. I can see this being totally different from past fall scents so this one I might have to try. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

This new scent must be why Gina messed up & said ""Pear"" by accident on air instead of ""Peach"" a week or so ago when talking about SHP and was corrected by the host. I'm sure it will smell amaaazing!

Thanks for looking this up. That's exactly what it smells like-rosemary, basil, and parsley. I think the fall seasonal will smell like fresh pear with a hint of fresh herbs. I'm thinking it will be a lighter scented seasonal, but I may be wrong. If it smells anything like my Tuscan melon handsoap, it will smell great.
