I apologize ahead of time because I'm sure this topic has been brought up many times here before.
I just turned 51 and am starting to notice more peach fuzz and a thicker mustache on my upper lip. I'm fair skinned and the hair isn't dark (only a little on my upper lip) but it's really starting to bug me!
I am wondering what you all use for facial hair removal. I am REALLY leery of things like lasers and facial toning devices because of the years and years of skin cancer problems my grandmother had as a result of radiation treatments she had for acne in the 1930's. I know technology has come a long way since then, but there are no long-term-result studies that I know of regarding the safety of laser hair removal and microcurrent toning.
What, in your opinions, are the safest and best ways of getting rid of facial hair?
I am grateful for any opinions or suggestions.
