FYI - Sept TSV you can NOT change formulas on future A-D shipments!

I ordered the Sept TSV in Tea Tree and because it was stripping my color I called customer service to change the formula/scent and was told for this particular TSV you cannot change the formula for the future shipments. The reason I was given is that this TSV is only for 3 shipments on A-D instead of an indefinite time period.

I'm sending back the TT, I have to cancel my current order and start a new order for the scent I want... now I have to figure that out. Fig is my staple but I have a few bottles of that already so I'm thinking I might do POM.
