FROZEN Dr. Kaplans Diamond Scrub

 

it has these microbeads in it all is solid frozen.  i havent tried the dispenser.

 

could it have gone bad? could not get to mailbox yesterday due the ice,   it was in the teens overnite

Does Dr. Kaplan have a website? If so, I would ask them. I don't think anyone here would know how freezing affects the product.

In most cases freezing won't affect the product. It's usually heat which destroys ingredients used in skincare products.

i'll try Kaplans next week, they had voicemail when i called.    its just a scrub.

Just let it sit and come back to room temperature.  I'm sure it'll be fine.
