This has worked for me period. I am in my 60's and look very young with no wrinkles and have never used botox or fillers. People think I am in my 40's.  I put Peter Thomas Roth Retinol Fusion PM on my face let it sit for a few minutes then I put on .05% or .1% of prescrition Retin A ( gold standard) . Becuase the fusion has squalane it makes the retin A spread so well and I cant tell you how amazing my skin has become. Now I have been using Retinol and Retin A for a while so I have built up to this. You cannot do this just starting out. You can do PTR and a cream retinol to start. Very smooth clear no wrinkled skin. I wish I even started younger. I also use Andrew Lessman Vitamins inlcuding collagen powder, Hair skin and nails and phytocermides. Cannot live without all of this and it really changes your skin, hair and nails.

Well I use the PTR and then just go close to under the eye as the retinol/retina A drifts up. I fogot to mention that the next morning I do not wash my face. All my natual oils I want to keep in my skin and then I put a very good soothing moisutrizer. I have a great one just forgot the name. It is amazing so my skin can handle the actives at night.

Interesting @beauty0125 .  I've been using Retin A for many years now.  I'm wondering if my skin could handle adding this PTR product.  As you said, I would probably have to do it in baby steps.  Thanks for sharing your beauty secret!

  I've sorta been doing this too in a way. I use the PTR on my arms after my bath at night and kinda spread the left over on my face and neck and then go in with my retinA ,the consistency of it does help with the separability of retinA. Maybe I'll be more purposeful by putting a little more PTR on my face, especially since it may be the fountain of youth! haha thanks!

@beauty0125  Can you please share what moisturizer you use in the mornings?  I've been incorporating RetinA into my skincare routine and could really use a good moisturizer.  Thanks!!

I also have to use something before my Retin-A or it is very difficult to spread due to my dry skin. If I just use Retin-A on my skin without prepping with some type of moisturizer or serum first, I have to use much more to get it to spread well which ultimately leads to irritation

I will let you know tomorrow when I get the tube and let you know. I also feel that using the PTR first makes the retin a not as harsh. I believe it provides also a buffer because it has sqaulane in it.

I use Aestura Atobarrier 365.. it is amazing in counteracting any harshness from the actives I mention I do at night. It is amazing. I also use Vanicream facial moisturizer and Drmtlgy Soothe and Recovery Cream. Calms and repairs.
