Comparing to paint chips would not help. Paint chips are computer printed....and NOT accurate. So if you really want to check the color you have to buy the small can of the actual paint.
as other have said samples would be great but they are so, so relatively expensive to make. Even international Avon, who used to have sample for many products, totally stopped all sampling years ago.
There must be something that can be done online. But they could start with much larger color swatches online.
