@hoosieroriginal It is absolutely one of the better ones because it saved me a step since it has peptides plus it's very moisturizing. At my age, the only thing that keeps my neck looking good is to constantly apply any cream or lotion all through the day. As long as my neck is hydrated, it looks decent.  The more active ingredients on my neck, the happier I am hoping it will slow down this drooping!
