I've always been confused with the "nude" lip color.  I always thought nude was a light beige-y tan or pink color....or a color close to your own skin tone but either a little lighter or darker. But, then some people refer to nude as the "my lips but better" color....which is more of the color of your lips (or other places as mentioned...lol!)

@Shanus,   Don't ask me what the secret word is because I am slow at things like that sort of a clutz.  I'm like "okay, I get it" after the fact.  I am really like some of the lip balms by Becca and they gave me a 15% discount which is burning in my hand.  I definitely will be buying one and I am leaning toward a neutral w/light brown sort of a Latte.  Your price is so much more reasonable but I am a sucker for lipsticks. ( hole)    got it!

Anyway, in case anyone is interested, I believe Sephora is transitioning between the old and new Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Nude Lip sets (one full size plus five deluxe sample sizes for $28), so both sets are available right now.

I have both of Sephora's nude lip kits, but currently only the new one comes up for me.  I liked the old one better, more lipsticks and slightly darker colors.  The new one has more glosses and the colors are lighter.  So that might be right up your alley.  I'm hoping they bring out a new one for fall.  The only one I didn't care for was the bolds, much too dark and red shades for me.
