Hi ! I haven't tried Fresh cream ,but if you are looking for cleaner brands here are a few I like . I use only cruelty free and these are cleaner than regular brands . They have reasonable sample sets and some are  having Black Friday specials . They all list their notes so maybe you will find something comparable to Fresh Cream  . Have a great day

@ilikethebubbly Bath&Body Works....Warm Vanilla Sugar.  It is really much better IMO also on scent and last much longer.  I have NO idea if this is considered clean ingredients or what that means exactly but their bath & body products are very hydrating I love them.  HTH

I've always liked the Vanilla Fragrance from the Body Shop.  There is also a brand called La   Vanilla that is nice.
