Since I've been using WEN CC to remove my eye makeup and using Peter Thomas Roth Mascara in the morning, my eyelashes have been growing!

Wash my face with TT. Really helps my lashes grow.

Use a good oil (baobab and rose hip seed oil are good ones for hair but there are many others) with an old (cleaned) mascara brush and use that as an eyelash conditioner! Works great but you must be patient and use it consistently to see results.
