Eyebrows

I saw here on QVC some brand that sold an eyebrow system that included stencils to fill in your eyebrows. Not some other website, It was here on QVC and I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help. I appreciate the people that responded to my last discussion but the answers where to other websites and I want the eyebrow system that was here on QVC. I was thinking it was the Bullet eye pencils but it didn't say that it came with the stencils. Does anyone know who sold it. I tried Bare Escetuals but it did not stay on and I had to put on at least 15 coats to even see the eyebrows and then it would not stay on and the powder from it was all over my face. Does anyone know who sells the eyebrow pencil or powder with the stencils and if not does the Mally bullet pencil work and stay on?? I think it was Mally that made the bullet, but am not 100 percent sure of that either. HELP !!!
