I use grande lash brow on both my lashes and brows.  (the careprost sounds interesting though).  I use ELF Brow Wow to brush my brows up, trim the long hairs, and then use NYX eyebrow pen in dark brown to fill in both ends.

If you're not in a huge hurry to grow your eyebrows, Marula Oil worked for me.  I've stopped using Marula Oil now but I remember using 1/2 a bottle when I first noticed results.  It was MO from The Ordinary.  I had to trim mine they got so long.  I was using the MO on my face.

I have barely any brows at all.  They are very thin and very sparse.  A mascara type product doesn't work because I need to make my brows look fuller and that won't do it.

My current faves are the CoverGirl micro fine pencil or the NYX Micro Brow Pencil. 

I use a light hand because I hate the drawn on look.  I also think half the battle with brow products is finding the right shade.
