Eyebrow stencils

[ Edited ]

Has anyone had a good experience with brow stencils from Anastasia or elsewhere?

And can they be used with different types of brow makeup?

I'd like to try a pair of "full arch" ones, hoping for a still-natural look that's important to me.

TIA      8-)

There's another thread today about phony-looking drawn-on eyebrows.  I'm afraid that's what you'd get with a stencil.

I have a pair of glass frames that give me the perfect arch for my face!  Works great!

Hi feline, I have the Anastasia sencils for a long time and they just do not work for me. I get brows that do not go with my face......I find using the three points technique to work with my brows better. Maybe the stencils work for a young someone to manage and shape their almost regular brows. I looked weird.  BUT I have not tried them with the newer brow build pots. Could make a difference. I used the petite arch as others were too big for me.

I used the ones that came with my Too Faced brow kit.   I only used them as a guide for plucking so I'd get them even.   I put the stencil on my brow,  fill it in with brow powder and then pluck outside the lines.

I have had good luck with Ditzy eyebrow stencils. They come in different sizes and they are reusable and have adhesive so they stay in place while you are peciling them in. I just use IT cosmetics eyebrow pencil with them and they look natural. Ditzy.com

Thanks for the tip, jk9; I'll definitely re-try that approach.

Here's one for you (& everyone), from eyebrow experts:

"always remember that your brows are sisters, not twins"

Saves a lot of frustration.  ;-)

Sounds like a good way to help define your brow line, butterfly.

Thanks.
