@monicakm I actually only wear makeup when I go to church on Sundays or for other social events.  In fact, today I came home from church, washed all my makeup off, and worked my tushie off clearing an area of leaves before my husband gets home from being out of town.  His car would otherwise be in the way.  Then, after coming inside and cooling off a bit, I went to the grocery store, yardwork clothes and all and no makeup because I really wanted some frozen fruit bars to reward and rehydrate.  Figured I'd get the week's grocery shopping so I won't have to go on Tuesday like I normally do, so I was there awhile.

I enjoy wearing makeup, but only because I don't feel like I have to or need to and can choose when I do wear it.

@Luvsmyfam - I have a Clinique palette called "The Best of Black Honey."  The colors are so pretty.  Hope you enjoy whatever palette you picked up.

@Luvsmyfam I have worn Clinique shadows for many years and like them too.  I usually get singles.

@Luvsmyfam  I probably wear more eye makeup than ever since wearing masks. Rarely wear lashes though.

Don't use old cosmetics.  It expires just like our food.

I always wore eye shadow.  It was just part of my basic makeup routine.  When I was younger, I wore 3 different shades, blended.  When I got older, I just applied one shade and that was it.  Now, I rarely ever wear it because I rarely wear eye makeup.

I feel eye shadow is not an item that is in style or out.  It's just a basic makeup item for most women.  I think that colors may change.  I have seen a lot more bright colors lately, but these have been more with younger women, I think.

Not sure about e.s. being in style. For a long time now, I've been using a very natural contour, if I do at all. And no colors that are not akin to skin color. A more natural look to me is the prettiest.
