Re: Eye shadow sticks w/o glitter- need recommendations

I had a credit balance on my Nordstrom credit card so I went yesterday to look at the Bobbi Brown sticks. I bought three and ordered a few others online.

I also ordered two from Lancome so I could try them.

I used two of the Bobbi Brown’s this morning. Very nice!

Thanks to all who recommended them.

Anyone know of any drug store sticks with no shimmer?

Cover Girl just cameout with eye shadow sticks and with good reviews on youtube. Only available at Ulta that I can find. Matt and some shimmers.

Re: Eye shadow sticks w/o glitter- need recommendations

Just thought I’d post an update. I tried the Bobbi Brown sticks Sunday and yesterday. Three different colors. I did fine with them Sunday, but had a reaction from them yesterday. My eyes didn’t like something in them. I even had to go take my makeup off late yesterday afternoon and my eyes are still burning a little today. I even threw out my mascara this morning in case some of the eyeshadow had gotten on the mascara brush.

Thankfully, Nordstrom took them back this morning along with the fourth color which I hadn’t opened yet.

I was really disappointed. I loved the colors and how they looked on my eyes, but I couldn’t tolerate them.
