@ScrapHappy - will be interested to see the responses and making a list as I have never really had any luck with eye creams on my puffiness, darkness, and wrinkles.  Some luck on one area but not all three.

IT Confidence In an Eye Cream....(the yellow jar)  This cream does it all for me...eyelids included...It actually cleared up an eyelid issue I had that nothing else would...I get it directly from there website when they have there great sales, or sometimes Ulta has it on sale, (not often

@ScrapHappy   Someone mentioned a cream w/ caffeine. The most you can hope for is one that helps w/ puffiness and hydration. Discoloration can be hidden w/ corrector and concealer.

The Inkey List makes a eye cream with caffeine that is very affordably priced.

I have given up on trying to find an eye cream that does anything other than moisturize.  None of them do anything for dark circles which is really my biggest problem.  I have found that if I moisturize the area well, that is helpful.

@JudyL Just for puffiness, caffeine as an ingredient is highly effective for temporary puffiness.

@Mindy D - tried caffeine numerous times in different brands of eye creams and no difference.  Did nothing for my puffiness.  (
