I use Clinique superfine eyebrow pencil in soft brown. Very natural.

Hi! Depends on how much you want to spend. I like Anastasia and Benefit eyebrow pencils. The secret is to find one that doesn't look too harsh with your skintone and haircolor, focus on the sparse areas first, then the rest of the brow, use the spoolie to blend and if your eyebrows are bushy like mine then use a clear brow gel on top.

I've been using the NYX micro brow pencil. I get it at WalMart. Originally bought blond but it had a red tint in it to me. Found that the taupe color worked better.

I can certainly recommend this one @Sue98 - this is from READY TO WEAR COMPANY, sold on Evine. The pencils are nice natural color, I got warm brown, to be applied with very light, feather-like strokes, last a long time, and shelf-sharpening, which is great!

@Sue98 Yes, Anastasia Brow Wiz is a fine tipped brow pencil. You can purchase at Ulta.
