@Sugipine.   When Evine first took over from ShopNBC, the plan was for Kathy to be a roving host doing live programs from sites around the world.  They made a big deal out of it, probably knowing she had a following.  She made one appearance at their official opening and that was the last anyone saw of her.  Obviously there was some kind of breakdown in their plan or agreement.

 

I'm sure the silly "Evine" name has nothing to do with Kathy.
