I've been buying more and more there the past couple of years and never had any problems. I've never returned anything or had to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that. But definitely no issues as far as ordering, shipping or products themselves (except maybe that I did find that a couple of clothing lines fit better if I go up a size).

I have ordered a number of fashion and beauty products from them.  Aside from a sizing issue with a top I ordered once, I've never had an issue with them.  Hate the price of shipping, but I've only sent one item back.  fwiw

I'm happy with my Evine merchandise. They offer coupons often, and a code for ten dollars (or $30.00 off, just a few days ago) off is nothing to sneeze at. Every once in a while they'll also offer free, or reduced shipping. And they ALWAYS price match. I once got refunded shipping when I was sent the wrong size of clothing. Very courteous via email.

I'd say, order without trepidation.
