@Suebdoo. I did - was told the letter was a mistake and that the a/d was fine. That's a doozy of a mistake!

They what? They're substituting one company's serum with another company product?  Have they lost their corporate brain?

If this is not some sort of a joke, then, for sure, the most stupid thing evine customer service could possibly come up with. It defies any logic or common sense.
