Under 'SHIPPING OFFERS' today under 'BEAUTY', several Estee Lauder items have the heading free shipping.  However, when I put them in my cart, it shows $3.50 shipping per item.  I triple checked that I'm reading it right.  I'm afraid to check out now.  I know free shipping on all beauty was yesterday; this is specific to a few items.  Thoughts?  Thank you!

@Denise65 - Usually, the shipping charge drops off, when you go to checkout.

If it doesn't there, I'd contact CS.

Thank you.  That's what I thought, too.  It's still showing when I go to checkout, so I guess I'll have to contact CS.  Or just buy it somewhere else.  Thanks again.

@Denise65 - If you haven't already contacted CS, you might want to try another browser, if possible.

I just tried adding an Estee Lauder "free shipping" item to my cart.  It showed the S&H, but immediately under that showed "Promotional Discount" and minused off the S&H.

If you're not seeing that, definitely contact CS and get them to handle it for you.

(I'm assuming, of course, that all the items in your cart are free shipping.  Some things in that brand shown as "NEW", don't have free shipping.)
