I need to check out Rakuten.  I keep reading about it here.  I'm missing out on savings when I shop.  Thanks for the heads up @jlkz .

Just remember if you have a problem placing an order once you go through Rakuten to the desired company's website, there is no cashback if their Customer Service folks finish putting through your order.  

Just go back to Rakuten once they figure out what the issue is and reenter your order.
