I just returned from Macy's and am so glad I got color matched.  It was different than the color selected when I did the virtual try on!  My perfect match is 1N1 Ivory Nude.  She wanted to to a full make-over but I said my husband is with me and his patience would grow thin waiting on that...LOL!  She then went to the drawer to get my color & they are sold out!  So, she poured me a pretty good sized sample and checked another Macy's that is actually closer to home.  They have it in stock, so I am going to go there next weekend when the free gift starts and get it.  EL free gifts are always good!

I love the coverage.  She applied it with a brush which was nice & I'm going to try it with a sponge next time.

@SurferWife - so glad you got color matched in the store.  Its great that you got such a good sample because now you can try it out during the week to make sure you like it.  What free gifts?  Don't think my SA said anything about next weekend there was going to be a gift with purchase. Hmmmpf.  I asked my SA which is better for application - sponge or brush - and she said either but she liked a dampened sponge.

Hope you like it.  When I went to take my makeup off last evening it still looked great and that was after 8 hours of wear and a nap!

i'm pretty happy with the virtual color match, but you all have convinced me to go to the store to see if there's a better match.

You can get the gwp at EL online right now - I did.  And for once, I LOVE the lipstick color.

Correction...I purchased 1N0. She sampled me with 1C1 but sold me 1N0. Very confusing, but the 1N0 Porcelain is neutral and I wore it today and loved it @San Antonio Gal .🌺🌸🌼

Wore the foundation again today with a primer, used a damp sponge, then used a bit of powder.  Next time I may try a brush just to see what the difference may be.  I'm so happy with this foundation.  My other foundations may find themselves just sitting there and not being used. LOL

I am tossing 3 tonight. Clinique, Bobbi Brown and L'Oréal. I have tried and experimented for years but this actually reminds me of Prescriptives that Estée Lauder discontinued. I used it for years.

I am tossing 3 tonight. Clinique, Bobbi Brown and L'Oréal. I have tried and experimented for years but this actually reminds me of Prescriptives that Estée Lauder discontinued. I used it for years.

@Trinity11 - I completely understand tossing the others.  I'm going to use this quite a bit this week to give it a real test but can see myself tossing some foundations in the future and just using this one if I continue to like it as much as I do now.  My only wish is that it came with a pump.  Use this foundation and the tinted moisturizers that I have and think I'd be happy.

Now to find a primer I like.  Figured out I need to use a matte primer in my T-zone, mostly nose and chin area and a hydrating one elsewhere.  Trying out a couple today to see how I like them.
