Essie by far because it never chips on me, and using the Essie gel top coat, it lasts a good three weeks without a chip.

I have used both.  A year ago my manacurist bought I brand "Morgan Taylor".  She got it at a beauty supply house.  This polish gives an incredible finish.  I can wear it for two weeks at a time as long as I don't work with my hands a lot.  All that I do is put a top coat on for shine until the nexdt polish change.

I prefer Essie!  The shade selection is great and I have not encountered any chipping problems.  Previously, I only used OPI and some Sally Hansen, but now I only purchase Essie.  I also use their Base & Top Coats!

Sally all the way. I fall for the really cute colors Essie has once in a while and my nails chip within a day. The Speed Dry SH is quickly becoming a favorite, but there is a small selection. My favorite has been SH manicure in a bottle or whatever the official name is. Two coats last me a solid week.

I really like Sally Hansen Color Therapy.  Nice colors and it seems to last pretty well.  I like the color Rose Quartz.

I've pretty much paired my nail kit down to all Essie products for color and care.  My nails seem to respond poorly to most nail color products.  Doesn't matter whether the manicure is done by a technician at the most chic expensive place in town, or done in my bathroom.  That said, Essie products seem to be the only ones which put up a fight to stay put on my nails for at least 2 or 3 days, and not have the awful results other brands do on me.   After decades of trying, I've given in to being satisfied with having a manicure last 2 or 3 days.  Usually my manicures are lucky to last through the event I got the manicure for.  My nails are in decent condition as am a regular user of moisturizing and strengthening nail creams and brush on liquid formulas.

Pro Strong nail color or Perfect Formula. I swear by these two brands. Every other one chips on me.

Not a fan of either. I love OPI products. Good luck.

I have Sally Hansen Gel Polish in nude shades & have the top coat. Can't beat the lasting power! I have a few Essie shades that I like but I find Essie chips faster the Hansen on me.
