Epilating--what am I doing wrong? - Page 3

Great information ladies. I got one but haven't taken out of the box. I've been a little bit chicken. Its getting close to my 30 day return date so will try this weekend.

When I broke my elbow in 2014 I bought the emjoi epilator to do my legs. I have been using it several times a week since. Sometimes everyday. I went away for a couple of months last year and forgot it. I had just the same of hair to shave every day. I don't understand how hair gets less. Also skin always feels a little stubbly after 4 years.

Also I hear about eyebrows being thin because of excess plucking. I have very thin sparse eyebrows now at 67 and never plucked much. I shaved the area between brows to keep from having a unibrow. I plucked a little on the upper lid but not much. I never wanted skinny brows.

Epilating has been great for my underarms. I started over 5 years ago and I hardly have to epilate anymore. As far as my legs, I quit growing hair on my legs years ago and never had to shave or epilate to begin with. As far as the pain factor, it was a little uncomfortable at first, but that diminished quickly.

I highly recommend!

@SilleeMee....I have been doing as you suggested, and it seems to be working. I am only using the epilator every couple days, and not using the shaver at all. Thanks again.
