EYE SHADOW BASE,OR PRIMER?

Am undecided what to get? I like to put a eye shadow base,or primer before eyeshadow application.

My lids are on the dry side,and use mostly powder eyes shadows. I have a couple of cream ones that come in tube with felt applicators.

I really like the cream ones better. Have a few old ones which i cannot find anymore.

They are from ZHEN. Not being manufactured anymore.{#emotions_dlg.sad} Got a set of these several years ago.They go on so nicely,and very smooth.

Can anyone recommend any that i can find over the counter?
