Thanks for that tip, had not heard it before. I use the IT CC as my moisturizer now that I have a lot to hide due to age and found it worked better when I let the moisturizer completely dry before applying BM. I'll try the other two steps now. BM is still my favorite foundation, going on over 20 years now, I think. It just works for me and my skin that cannot handle liquid or cream foundation.
