ELF's Instant Lift Brow Pencil

I saw this in Target the other day.  I don't know how new it is, but the packaging said new and it was new to me, so I decided to try it.  It cost 2 dollars.  I didn't like it at all.  I felt it was too waxy.

These are the brow pencils I've tried before...IT Cosmetics, YBF and NYX.  My favorite of the bunch is NYX and it's my most recent repurchase.  Before that I had used YBF for quite a few years.  I had one IT Cosmetics pencil and it was nice, but I didn't love it enough to repurchase.

Has anyone tried the ELF brow pencil?

I have not used that product but have tried several others from elf. I am a make-up snob and have to say how pleased I was with the products. They are between $2 - $6, highly pigmented and wear well.

Re: ELF's Instant Lift Brow Pencil

Hard Candy makes one I really like. I also love  their Brow Ink.  It has solved my skimpy brow issues. It is sorta like Benefit Gimme Brow, but the brush is so thin and my brows look great. There is a learning curve...fill in center to ends first, then brush the beginning to meet center.....Don't press, just lightly brush. ThenI use the brow lift pencil.

Re: ELF's Instant Lift Brow Pencil

I use Maybelline Brow Define & Fill Duo.   Pencil at one end, the other end is a sponge and the brow powder is in the cap.

I've used ELF products in the past, they are decent products.

Waxy is good for some brows.   I have a few hairs that will grow in crazy, waxy would be good to tame it.
